Just a few details about the online store: 1) We will never, ever give out your e-mail address to another party for ANY reason and we will never spam your e-mail. Only enquiry replies and order information will ever come from us. 2) Please allow your transaction to complete itself by waiting for the confirmation page on the Fat Matt site after you've completed the payment portion on the PayPal site. The page will look very similar to this page - Black with red, white and yellow text. This will send your confirmation receipt and ensure that items ordered are posted to your Fat Matt Account and order details are sent to us. 3) Please allow 2 - 4 weeks delivery for orders shipped "ground." All orders are shipped via UPS and do not require signatures for packages delivered. Please make arrangements with your local UPS provider as to where your package should be left if no one will be there to receive it.
